The front of this insert has a foil finish and the back is just plain. Would like to know the difference between the base insert and the Plus.

You have the regular one here:

Plus is like a Refractor, where it's brighter and the text is more holofoil than a flat silver

(I have IRs in to remove the Eddie George images and sample image from Plus -- that one is a regular)
