Should cards 1-4 be identified as UER due to not including the Dugout Dirt graphic as #s 5-12 have? Everything else follows the format on the front and back of the cards.

Design choice instead of something missing? Cards 1-4 were in S1 packs so they could have changed the designed elements when the rest came out in later series. They were in the first series while the rest were in Series 2 or 3. Looks like Topps decided on putting a graphic on after doign the first series. Since it looks to be Topps' choice, no.
