I also have this checklist that is identical to the base set checklist. Players listed all the same except the checklist says Style on front and back instead of Showcase like the base set checklist. I can not find this checklist anywhere either.

Read the set's Release Notes. Your card is the base checklist. And yes many of the checklists are missing. A "Checklists" set listing needs to be created.
