Can these be listed individually also? The regular sized cards all say pre-production sample and the Piazza jumbo card has all the information on the upcoming set..

Are they perforated and meant to be separated or is it one solid sheet? On my phone so I cant quite tell.

Looks more like a sell sheet or promo ad for the set. That was my first thought anyway. I could be wrong?

I'd say the five regular sized ones can be listed as singles. The jumbo I'm not sure, but lean towards yes.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

No perforations. You have to cut them for individuals. But no different than any other magazine issued cards.. Except for SI for kids, they are mostly are perforated.

In my humble opinion, I would say that the sheet was not meant to be cut up and the individual cards should not be listed.

Already listed as a whole here but it probably should have been under Sell Sheets/Ads instead. Since it wasn't meant to be split apart, no the singles can't be listed.

There are a large amount of sets that are non-perforated sheets and do not have cut lines that have the cut cards listed as singles. And I am not sure whether or not cut-lines are a prerequisite for that, since some Topps/OPC/Donruss/Fleer box bottom panels do not have cut lines. And why would panel inserts to books and magazines get this treatment also?

Box bottoms/backs are different because those have to be cut out to be kept (assuming you don't keep the whole box). Same thing with the pudding/Jell-O/Kraft Dinner boxes. We allow full panels and singles for those.
Promo sheets with perforations can be listed as both whole and individual because they were meant to be separated.
Promo sheets without perforations were meant to be kept whole. We don't allow entries for card images cut out of packaging, so we shouldn't allow these either.

Like the time I ordered a Pete Rose 86 OPC box bottom but instead got a cut out of the box lid on 86T instead? Like, I mean, no difference between the two or anything.
