picked up my first pack of the year last night.  opened up to find, 5 duplicates in a 30 card pack.  good grief.  maybe there won't be a second pack purchase.  anyone else experience this.

Were they different color borders?

I have not had issues with cups in the same box or pack, but have noticed a pattern to what cards are in each box or pack.

I've only seen it with parallels in the same pack. #1, #2, #3, #4, #5 base cards and then #1, #2, #3, #4, #5 parallel cards. Makes it quite obvious cards are not randomly packed.

I've seen it many times with boxes, though. Big sequences of duplicates repeated in packs from the same box.

I was trying to say what you said without sounding like an #$%%$$%. You definitely said it better than I did.

As I noted in another thread, I've seen it only in a Topps hobby box for one of its Bowman U. football products. I haven't seen it in a Donruss box or any baseball product.
