Missing Insert Set

I just bought a bunch of these cards in sealed packs. The packs contained 1 piece of the Duke Snider puzzle yet it is not listed as an Insert for this set (the Snider puzzle is listed as an insert for the 1984 Donruss Base set). Should it also be listed here or would it be better to be a note in the Release Notes?

If they are exactly the same in every aspect, Admin has a way of linking the insert sets to both parents. Submit an IR, mark it as Admin Needed (and if you can't mark your own as Admin Needed, let me know and I'll do it).
