How can one tell the difference between them? I just purchased a couple, one from the '76 set, but my card looks like it could be from either set.

Hi Joshua,
Take it from somebody who ate countless Twinkies, Ho-Hos, and Ding-Dongs in high school to get the cards, the ones that came from individually wrapped Twinkies have a black bar centered below the stat lines.
