1990 Score Ted Hendricks HOF #599

I was just sorting through some Packer Team sets and noticed this Ted Hendricks HOF card is listed here in the database as a Raiders only although he played for the Colts and the Packers as well in his career. Is there any reason the Colts and Packers shouldn't also be listed? I realize his card shows him in a Raiders uniform but it doesn't specifically list him as a Raider exclusivly.

The guidelines state:

Use team in any "Traded to, Signed with, Now with, etc." statement printed on the card
Use team printed on the front of the card
Use team logo printed on the front of the card
Use team name printed prominently on back of card (not in biographical write-up)
Use team logo printed on back of card
Use team uniform shown on front of card

I think the last bullet is why, but ...
