A master set is every card issued by that company for that particular brand, which includes ALL inserts, parallels, and variations.

There are several places (ebay, comc, Beckett Marketplace, sportlots) that are great sources for sports cards.
As for this particulat card, it looks like COMC is the only place that has any - there are 2 up there by 2 different sellers - $3.00 and $3.25.

Unfortunately, that still wouldn't be a master list. That would only list all cards linked to the player on here. There are still so many multi-player cards (in any sport) that aren't linked to the players yet. It's still a great starting list though!
