Great example of why I detest the very concept of card grading.

What amuses me is the population figure of "2". Tomorrow that could be 22 or 2,222.

Anyone with eyes can see that the back is way off center too. Unbelievable. At least he has taken 5% off the price. So generous of him!!

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

the interesting thing is the related items for sale that pop up at the bottom of the items page which shows the same card listed between 50 and 400 dollars, so not sure why anyone would bite on his card. and of course i have never heard of this player either, but then again i only collect baseball, but i know i was watching football back in the 70s, must be all those lost brain cells.

Baseball: 1957 + 61 Topps, 1950 + 53 Bowman (Color), If i win the lottery maybe i will try to finish an 1887 Buchner Gold Coin and the 1914 and 1915 Cracker Jack Sets too

Wjsenke, he was a punter. One of the best punters, but still a punter, which means he spent about ten minutes a season on the field.

This is why I wish eBay was a strictly bidding, let the market decide, site. All minimum bids 99 cents and see what happens. I know, I know, that doesn't necessarily work if you're selling your car, but it's so appealing. And it's how I've done all my sales. At least this shouldn't lure naive grandmothers trying to buy a gift, because it's soooo outrageous. It's the things priced at about 150% to 200% of value or the obvious reprints that really bug me.

IMO it's possible FRAUD!!!! SCAM!!!! I checked 4_sharp_corners ebay store. I searched for all PSA 10 cards. They have 41,068 PSA 10 cards. Really?!!! I did a close inspection of the top 5 most expensive cards. Every PSA capsule is EXACTLY the same. All have the EXACT SAME double scratch and scuff. I circled them in red on the first card. This seller is apparently faking PSA 10s. I also checked all his negative reviews. Majority are about the received card being of obvious less grade than what the capsule states and of cracked/damaged PSA capsules.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.
