It's a cool item but are we opening a massive can of worms with this or everyone ok with it?

Should i start submitting these return reply type cards for inclusion?

I do a lot of request and usually I get the cards back that I send signed and returned this is the only card that a player had made with their own money and signed so I think it should be ok but the other cards that are signed and returned should not also if this card should not be included then police cards should also be deleted since you obtained them by going up to a officer to receive them 

The card is using NFL logos and names without permission and there's no brand. Can't stay. And this has nothing to do with any Police or Safety type of set.

Logos are not printed anywhere on the card. Logos are only in "use" in the uniform. I know for a while at Star, we were able to circumvent the logo usage because it was "incidental" in the fact that the person's job inculded them wearing the uniform with the logos.

The player is not active, which, if following the "letter of the law" here, allows it to stay now.

Police sets are team issued.  

Police cards are not team issued and if that's the case I get yearly Christmas cards from the GB Packers we]here I'm employed part time so are they allowed 

The police and fire companies aren't sitting around making up cards with pro teams.

Unless there's proof Warner was involved with these himself and they're not from someone sending him a fake card to sign, this can't stay.

It looks like a card Kurt Warner had created for his own use for this purpose. I have a Pierre Larouche that's similar to this situation, but not listed here because I just believe he had created it for himself and have yet to see any other Pens cards like it.

Philip Pritchard also had a card that could be obtained like this. I listed it here as a Promo because it was through Upper Deck.

Bingo. I have a Warner myself from much later in his career with the Cardinals. These aren't homemade and sent. Bronson Arroyo did this too - they'd get a TTM request and instead of answering it individually, they (or likely, someone else) would just drop one of the cards that they had made into the return envelope and send it back.

I don't see anything wrong with this being listed here.

The name and release notes have been cleaned up a little since it seems to be a legit offering. I just don't want the site to get into a habit of listing random in-person or TTM autographed cards, which aren't allowed.
