Cheap gamble for those who like the Yankees and their history. Pricing per 1 pack box was in the $40-50 range upon release of the product. Many of the cut signatures in the set will be duds, there are over 1,100 total players in the set. Some big names include the obvious Yankee greats like Lou Gehrig, Babe Ruth, Joe DiMaggio, Derek Jeter, but keep in mind many of the boxes may contain a player even die hard fans may have a hard time remembering.

• Every card is numbered #/10 or less
• Each card is authenticated and encased in a Beckett holder
• Look for 1/1 cut signature cards

I looked online and saw nothing much. Having been slabbed by Beckett one would think they would have a complete CL. I did not look there BTW.

No luck on the checklist at Beckett. Sent them an email request for the checklist but doubt they will honor my request. 

Because it's Beckett, they won't have one either, they don't care enough....

You are correct Beckett doesn't care.  They told me that they "do not have it in their database as it's low print". They also told me "we would not have information on the set details as well" when I asked them how many cards were issued in this set.  So a full checklist has never existed so I've done my due diligence in trying to recover a full checklist.

It would be my luck to get A Rod.

Hi Shane, before you upload any more of these, please make sure they are sorted correctly. They need to be sorted by the player's last name,  not first name.

I entered the IR on this one, but please double check any others.

I wasn't sure how to do it that way since Excel only seems to give me the option of sorting the column by first name and not last name.  Thanks to whomever for alphabetizing them for me.   Would somebody mind telling me the secret as to how to sort an excel file by last name instead of first name. 

I use a formula to find the last word in the name field and sort that column (this does not work 100% as there are last names like "Van Meter" or "De Los Santos" where you have to type those in manually, but since those are uncommon, it's worth the automation of the process).

Formula:

=RIGHT(B1,(LEN(B1)-FIND(" ", B1)))

B1 being the cell you're looking into with Name and should change for each line.
