1996-97 Collector's Choice Basketball Forum

In looking at the 1996-97 Collector's Choice Andrew Lang #90 I was a little confused. The front of the card reads "Timberwolves" and the back reads "Bucks". No where on the card does it say he played for the Bucks. Card states he was acquired in a trade by the Timberwolves in 95-96 from the Hawks. Did he get traded to the Bucks at some point and shouldn't the information on this site say "Timbervolves" for a team and not the "Bucks"? Just asking.

I just looked at the one I have in my collection, and it's hard to read, but the front of it does say "Traded to the Bucks". Perhaps you can see it better on COMC.

However, there's a few on COMC like the one scanned here - they don't appear to have that stamp on the front. Should we have another entry for an ERR/COR, or a VAR? Or are my eyes just playing tricks on me?

He was traded to the Bucks and did play for them during the 1996-97 season. I believe he only has one or two cards shown in a Bucks jersey. It appears they forgot to put the Traded To stamp on the card front, or it's so faint it doesn't show in the scan. Not sure where my copy of it is to check by hand. The traded stamps that year were bronze colored and VERY hard to see on card.

He was traded to the Bucks on July 11th 1996. On the front near Mark West it does have the Traded to message.

Thanks for clarifying. I too didn't see the "Traded to the Bucks" on the front.
