2020-21 Upper Deck Hockey Forum

Just opened a 2020-21 extended series fat pack (26 cards). Right in the middle of the pack, 9 cards have a distinct wrinkle down the length of the card (looks like a ridge in a potato chip). Anybody had any luck complaining to Upper Deck about such issues?

Roller mark? I never bothered complaining about damaged cards in a pack. Fortunately any damaged card I ever got wasn't super valuable or anything.

Hopefully the share and linking work. One pic shows the stack of "defects" in the middle of the pack. The other, I was trying to get the light right so you could see the ridge down the middle of the card.

Yeah that is a roller mark. I had a pack with cards damaged like that from that set (series 1) also.

It happens sometimes. Also, my LCS mentioned that Upper Deck has recently changed its print company. If it is true (I hope), quality  control may get better.
