1993-94 Jam Session Basketball Forum

I have several Knicks cards that were separated from team sheets, but nowhere to add them to the database. The last time I tried adding a couple of similar cards to another promo set I needed admin's help to correct my error. So, if someone can help by setting me up to input, or otherwise give guidance, I'd appreciate it. I prefer adding them myself, but don't wish to cause others more work to clean up a mess.

These are some of the cards I need to add to the database (including edited scans). Any help on how to do this? I don't have a checklist to confirm that I have all the cards, but going by the sample uncut sheet on 1993-94 Jam Session - Team Night Sheet there are ten. I have ten Knicks (probably three complete sets) minus the header/footer cards.
