1992 Topps Baseball Forum

Was looking at the 1992 Topps baseball set and checking my inventory when I came across 473 and 551 in the data base with the UER designation. The 473 says UER: Line around top border while 551 says UER: No line around top border. Which one is  correct? Should they both be with border around top or both be with no border around top? I'm confused.

This a stylistic thing, and 2 of the 9 Top Prospect cards have lines, while the other 7 don't. None of these should be UERs. Having a line (or not having it) is not an error. It's a stylistic difference. Maybe Topps wanted all of them to have a line (which would mena 7 errors). Maybe they didn't (2 errors). Fact is, we just don't know, and we can't make that call. I'll be removing all UER notation for these cards.
