It's not the most common error but it's not particularly rare either. It's one of the hardest to document since it doesn't show up in scans. To get that big of a run from the same set they surely came from the same sheet.
The 2000-01 Fleer Tradition Glossy set is a gold mine for uv errors. Gloss on the back, partial gloss on the front, I had more fun searching for errors than I did with the regular cards.
VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards.
