I picked up a Fleer '90 Michael Joprdan card not too long ago. I thought the white dot in the bottom left portion of the card (on the red border) was from handeling, but I guess other people have cards with that exact same dot. Hard to tell for sure without the card in hand, but to me it looks like a simple printing flaw. Probably a piece of dust or debris on the printing plate when they ran the sheets through. Personally, I wouldn't consider it an error and, if anything, it would hurt the value of the card for me. Just my two cents,

I agree with Glenn. Just a printing flaw, not an error.
