Unless someone magically fixed them in the past 30 minutes without a change log, I don't see a problem.
It's not about when they played in the NFL. It's about their 1st card. If they played in 2017 and/or 2018 but never had a card before, it's a RC card. Plain and simple. If they did have cards in 2018 or before, then the 2019 card is NOT a RC. Za'Darius Smith (#187) is the only card in the first 200 with a RC note on here. And that actually is his first true rookie base card!
If you are talking about RC logos on the card, complain to Panini. They printed it, but it isn't listed that way on this site. They do the same thing in NASCAR cards with putting a RC logo on the cards when it really isn't a Rookie Card. I guess they just don't understand what "Rookie Card" means!
