1963 Topps Monster Laffs Midgee Non-Sport Forum

I can see where the 3 card panels are perforated. I also see where the actual Midgee cards do NOT seem to be perforated. I found a big stack of cards and seems that they are seperated panels. Are they now considered as Midgees? I see lots of ebay sellers selling them as Midgees but should the seperated panesl be their on own set? 

I'm going to say a cut card is a damaged card. But I have no clue what set you are referring to. 

A set name and year or a link to a page would be helpful in answering the question. Without one we can only guess. 

I myself would like to see what cards this is being done to. So a link to a page would be cool.

Monster Laffs (Midgee) cards use many of the same images as the standard size Monster Laffs set, though they're approximately 1/3 the size. (It is also a much larger set than it's standard card size cousin and weighs in at 153 cards.)

Monster Laffs (Midgee) cards originally sold in 3 card attached panels. Naturally most cards are found today in detached condition. A close look at any "single" card will show at least 1 perforated edge where the card has been separated from it's panel mates.

Stories of collectors attempting to piece together complete Monster Laffs (Midgee) panel sets for over 10 years are not uncommon owing to a severe scarcity of high number panels. Consequently, many collections are thus comprised of single cards with perhaps a few panels thrown in for variety. Complete Monster Laffs (Midgee) panel sets (when found) sell with a substantial "set premium"  owing to the rarity of the set in this form.

We usually have the panels and separated cards listed in different checklists on perforated sets, because sometimes collectors collect different options. 

Usually listed as a parallel. 

I think the separated panels should be a Related Set under the heading of the existing one.
