2006 Topps Baseball Forum

This is the hardest card for me to classify, because the card has different teams front and back. On the site, it’s listed as a Pirates card because that is the team Marte played for in 2006 and what the card says on the front. However, the card says he was, “Acq: Trade with Pirates 3-27-02.” This gives me the impression that it should be a White Sox card. What do you all think?

The front of the card is correct however the back of the card is an uncorrected error. The back should show that Marte plays for the Pirates since he was traded from the White Sox on December 13, 2005 well before the start of the 2006 season. Topps never updated the back of the card and therefore it is a UER. Marte's team, Pirates, is correct. Hope this helps.
