I am not sure where to start with this. Should a parallell set be added or what is preferred?

There is a Canadian (bilingual) version of this set, 16 cards as the US version. I have the first 8. The other 8 are very difficult to find.

I believe with Magic, Yugio, and Pokemon cards, the decision was made that the foreign sets were separate sets, not parallels, as they were sold separate and not included as inserts to the US set.  So I would assume that is the case with these too, but not 100% certain.  Wait till a more expierienced member chimes in to verify/rebute, then list the set :)

Were they released in the same packs as the US version?

Yes - parallel

No - next question:

Were they issued as a factory set ONLY?

Yes - parallel

No - Separate set

This is the line of questioning for whether something is a parallel or not. UD French Hockey is a different set that the UD Hockey.

You may be new, but you do know what you are doing! 

These Adpac stickers were issued as a premium in General Mills cereal boxes in the US. I do not believe they were ever offered in any other way. I am assuming that the bilingual stickers were issued the same way.  My initial thought was that they would be a sererate set,, I just do not know how to go about getting them added. I do not have a scanner to help with images..
