Now presuming that it should go into this checklist:
https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/179072
But it is not confirmed that the item currently on the checklist is this particular card. As I have read on the sell sheets that there are multiple cards for players. And that it this particular card is just 1/1 for this Gypsy Queen buyback. Looking on Ebay there are other 2018 Signature Series Kyle Seager of other card releases including Bowman, Allen & Ginter, Topps Bunt, etc.
So this is partly an ID thread but also a potential IR related post considering the generic entry on the current Kyle Seager checklist.

First of all, I have put forward an IR to delete the checklist. That's not right.
These cards are re-issued by Topps (I want to say it's like one per box of Archives Signature Series, but don't quote me on that). They could be signed Bowman, Topps, Chrome, Gypsy Queen, Allen & Ginter, you get the point. Topps buys these cards from dealers and has the players sign them. If dealers send Topps 9 2018 Bowman Kyle Seager cards, then they'll be signed and stamped 1/9, 2/9, etc. If, instead, they get one Gyspy Queen card, it's going to get a 1/1 stamp. Make sense?
As to how they should be listed here: with some research. These are from 2018, which means someone could probably find a healthy handful of cards on COMC (including sold out, there's 9), eBay (including "Completed" auctions), and Worthpoint. Get a good start to the checklist with these sources, and it can be loaded as a typical "buyback" checklist. Then, if another 1/1 pops up at some point (certainly possible), it's a matter of getting a L8 to insert it into the checklist - a lot easier than inserting cards one at a time because someone uploaded a one card checklist to get five points.
-------------------------------
I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like? Send me a message on here, and we can knock the price down quite a bit. I'll even take a bit of a loss if it means getting you a card you really want.

I guess I moved too fast on those. :) I have added the 5 Mark reported as well.

I'm glad you asked. Mavin is a site that tracks card prices ( the price format looks like the ones I see for pokemon online sites ), but I ran into the site (again after seeing it a year ago) while googling some images. I started using it as a TOOL to help find John Kruk cards to add on TCDB. Mavin tracks card prices for the last 3 years while Ebay only does it for 90 days. Have you ever tracked a card on Ebay to find what it sold for only to find it doesn't show in Sold Items? I have, and I still haven't figured out why some items disappear, but they show up in Mavin. A person is not going to find the prices for sold 1/1's (or many low #ed cards) after 90 days on Ebay because they are never coming up for sale again and the information has now been lost. If a checklist is created for a set after even 90 days it has little chance of being completed (I'm mainly talking Topps Buyback Sets). Here is a link to where I got the info for the Kyle Seager cards:
