1991 Stadium Club - UER or printing error?

As I was double checking my collection, I came across an oddity. Years ago I bought a Cincinnati Reds team set of 1991 Stadium Club. All the cards are missing the gold print. This includes the striping around the name and Stadium Club in the black circle. Also they are matte finish, not glossy. I realize one card and there may be a printing error. However, this set has the same error for the entire team. Should this be a UER, VAR or do I have a very random printing error in one set?

Printing error. The sheets never went through the foil stamping.
