Brad Evans Autograph Inserts

Brad Evans is currently listed in all the Autograph insert sets as NNO and is the only card in these sets that doesn't have a corresponding base card where we can match up the card number. Tried the usual places and couldn't find anything about this card, but CardboardConnection claims it's part of these insert sets. Any ideas? Does the card exist?
