I know this card is from the 1990 Topps Baseball set and it looks like more of a redemption card of some kind. I usually find redemption cards in sets but this one doesn't seem to be there. Wondering if I should personally add it or if it might be somewhere I have not looked yet. Anyone know? Thanks
