i am double checking on this Tiffany set, are these the cards with a bright blue backs ? 

Yes, super glossy front and white cardstock that makes the blue appear much brighter than the base on grey cardstock.

Thanks, I wanted to make sure now i have to go through my binder to make sure none are placed inside of the set, few cards left and I will be done with this set.

Unless you bought lots over the years, it would be unlikely that you'd have these mixed in with your set. They were only issued as factory sets, and were not available in packs.
