1988 Topps Billy Hatcher "Rediscover Topps"

I have a 1988 Topps #306 Billy Hatcher card that is stamped "Rediscover Topps". The phrase is stamped with Bronze or Copper color. I believe it to be a buyback, but I can't find it anywhere on the site under any of the "Buybacks" checklists.

Any ideas where this card can be found here? Thanks!

If you look under related set for 2017 Topps you'll find the 1988 Bronze buybacks. Since we don't know who was all included these are more of a "add them when we find them" sort of checklist. Go to that set and click to submit an inaccuracy ("missing card") with the details and it can be added
