Can someone tell me what the error is on this card. I always thought it was just the spelling of #179 Boslo vs. Bosio but I see what looks to be references to positions listed or not listed on Beckett with the same misspelled Boslo.

It's even funnier to ask because I just looked at the beckett site. The scan for the ERR does not have positions listed on it much like the COR version.

I am thinking there is only one variation at this point. One of Becketts image sets look like it was printed through window screen. I recall some reference to a checklist that did or did not have positions but do not recall which it was. Have looked at way too many variations/errors to recall everything.

665B COR (reads as "Chris Bosio")
655C - MIN/DET/CIN/MIL Checklist ERR (shows positions next to each player on front/back of card)
665D - MIN/DET/CIN/MIL Checklist COR (shows no positions next to each player on front/back of card)

I've only ever seen a Boslo/Bosio issue with this card. Never anything with positions.

Simply put, IDK. It's what they have listed. I could put some thought behind it to decipher, but right now I'm just avoiding editing time-sensitive documents for work....

There is a long thread on Collectors Universe regarding '89 Fleer errors, CL #654 has misspelled Hendersor for card #10, I just updated TCDB notes for it, There is a front image of CL #657 showing positions,

Maybe B has the positions shown?
It specifically says that D doesn't have the positions. I'm guessing the B version does?
