What's the protocol for adding a Note to regular base cards that have a special All-Star stamp? Some of the cards in this set have "AS" in Note, but these aren't part of a traditional All-Star subset, so I'm not sure if they should really be "AS".

Are you talking about the All-Star Game stamp on some cards?  That's Upper Deck's way of identifying the All-Stars. They should have the "AS" Note.   Any cards that's subject (picture, stats, write-up) is of the All-Star Game itself would get an "ASG" Note.  I don't know if this set has any All-Star Game cards.

Thanks! I can add the "AS" to the ones that have stamps but wasn't sure if that specific Note was reserved for Topps subsets, Donruss subsets, Fleer inserts, etc. where a player had both a base card and a separate All-Star card.

There are other Upper Deck sets that are missing the "AS" note, too. I've added them when I've encountered them.
