My Favre Topps #2 of 12 card appears identical in both sets. Can anyone tell me the difference?

In the New Orleans Saints set, there is a retail stars reggie Bush #3. There was also a special Topps team set that has a Reggie Bush #3 of 12. They both look the same to me even though they are different cards.
