This card is obviously a promo card for the set, but has no number on it, only the Rembrandt and Ultra Pro logos. Set is a 9 card puzzle and this card shows the puzzle assembled front and back and came in a sleeve with a small Ultra Pro hologram logo. Inaccuracy report:212400 already started for this card

Looks like it was a prize received if all nine of the regular cards were redeemed.
