#55 Jay Howell Miscut?

I've been updating my collection and have found a #55 Jay Howell factory that appears to be miscut/misprinted. It has all the same information, but the border on the top is slimmed while the bottom is extra wide. On the back right (when held horizontally) the beginning of the next card circle is printed. Anyone have any insight?

Yep, you're right, it's a miscut card. Printing flaw.
