I have no info on the sets listed here. I do have info on Beckett though. The magazine usually didn't list hard-to-find or rare sets after the release year due to space limitations. That's why they started making the books. They could include everything they knew existed in an annual book and just update that each year. As for reliability, I'd say they are about 80% correct with checklists. They do sometimes list something twice with different names or something with the same name twice when one actually has a different name, but they usually act quick to fix it when brought to their attention. At least with the Big-4 sports (MLB, NFL, NBA, NHL). With Racing cards, I sometimes have to pester them a bit before they get it done. I haven't bought a Beckett magazine or book in at least a decade, but that's b/c I've been a member of the website since 2003. The online checklists are extensive and usually correct.
The top thing they are missing, that TCDB has, is non-sports cards. The sheer amount of CL's here in that category is amazing! Beckett basically has Star Wars cards and some of the old Comics cards. That's about it.
NO PWE's EVER!!! PLZ PM me 1st before sending any offer. ONLY selling cards as of March 2024. No trades or purchases right now.
