Sad to hear that, less than a month after losing Dick Enberg, Keith Jackson has also died. One of the greats. I was always more likely to watch a game I had no rooting interest in, if Keith was calling it.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Yes, a great announcer. I grew up listening to him do the ABC college games on Saturday when there was very little college football on TV. Very knowledgeable and always entertaining.

I always enjoyed his call it was fun and entertaining yet subdued enough that it wasn't about him it was about the game.

Very sad to hear that Keith Jackson passed away. I grew up listening to Jackson announce college football gamez in the early 90's and he helped fuel my love for college football. RIP the voice of college football.

Keith will forever be linked to Michigan football for me. He called "Hello Heisman" on Howard's punt return vs OSU. He called Stewart's hail mary. He called numerous games in 1997 with Bob Griese watching Brian, including the Rose Bowl where he shared with Bob that Brian was named MVP. And of course, he made the Big House label famous. RIP Keith.

Since all will be perfect in Heaven we may not hear his signature, "Fumble! ".

RIP to one of the best. His signature calls defined an era of college football, and may he never be forgotten.
