I did not see this happening. Him going to San Diego that is. Padres are making some big moves that I would personally like to see pay off. BUT, they have practically gotten rid of there entire team that were once prospects. I would start an entire post about the Twins getting Jorge Lopez, but I'll brag about that later ;).

This sucks. I was hoping that Juan Sota will go to the Dodgers. At least the Dodgers have a 12 game lead as of this morning.

I am a Dbacks fan, so just more of a realization how hard it is to compete with this division recently. As they add Soto, the Dbacks traded away a franchise all time fan favorite player in David Peralta. They also just traded away Luke Weaver which is just a reminder of when Goldschmidt was traded away to the Cardinals since Weaver was one of the main pieces of that trade.

They have more wins then my division leading team. Who BTW, if I haven't said it yet, picked up THE Jorge Lopez, which should help you.

Curious to see what the eventual deal turns out to be now that Hosmer is off the table. SD doesn't have to shed salary now it would seem.

Yes...super pukey feeling. Reminds me of the day the Expos traded Gary Carter...

I'm mostly organizing over adding right now.
