This is a fake player drafted by Buffalo in 1974. Sabres' GM Punch Imlach was annoyed by the tedious draft process, so the PR staff made up this player. The draft pick was ultimately voided by the NHL. The player pictured on the card is some random unknown guy.

I just added "Fictional Buffalo 1974 Draft Pick" as the Full Name. Hopefully that helps people understand the origin of the name and the cards.
