That man knew how to be a coach!  He would let me do the wrong thing until I had convinced myself that it was THE WRONG THING.  Then he would offer me an alternative.  At that point he would invite me to compete against him in a match of some sort! (science is the test of all thats true)  He never had to force a swing change or awkward motion on me,.  He would allow my swing to mesh/meld/converge/amplify/fuse/combine/blend, with his alternative until I NEVER KNEW I HAD BEEN COACHED!!!!  

Change is hard! Convincing someone to change to YOUR ideal is practically impossible.  Rolf had a way of guiding students to a better golf game that was a blessing.
