I see Henrik Lundqvist posted hours ago on Twitter that he's retiring! I was shocked when the Rangers let him go, but I know he had a heart issue recently too. Good luck, Hank! A great goalie and a great man!

It is a fact that Henrik Lundqvist is retiring. I read it on the ESPN website today. He is defintly a first ballot hall of famer. ------------------------------- Brendan

This one doesn't really come as a surprise to me, but I still find it sad. I really can't stand many players on the Capitals, but I was cheering for the Washington this year solely for him and Craig Anderson to finally get a chance to hoist the Cup. Overall, I feel very privileged to have watched him play.
