Re: Jr/Sr listings, I'm not sure there needs to be a uniform decision as to the parent, so long as the children are designated as Jr's. Cruz never went by Sr, as I recall. But his son played much later than he did. Ken Griffey and Cal Ripken both were involved in baseball at the same time as their sons, so the Sr designation was more important. Alomar could go either way.
Perhaps things like this could be solved with a redirect link. This could work for nicknames as well, i.e. Sparky Anderson, whose real name is George.
Food for thought, I suppose. At any rate, I'd like to see these Cruz listings combined.
