Never really rooted for the Raiders, except twice in Super Bowls - against the Packers and Redskins, but I truly enjoyed watching him in those rivalry games against the Chiefs. He was an AFL icon with those wide open offenses.

When I was a kid my neighbor David Brennan and I would throw a football all the time. I would be John Brodie and he would be Daryle Lamonica. He doesn't live next door to me anymore but I will never forget him or our two favorite QBs. RIP Daryle Lamonica. Thanks for the memories.
