Hank Aaron was a true icon, both on and off the field. RIP Hank Aaron. He will be missed by everyone.

The Baseball Hall of Fame has been decimated the last 12 months. Loss of a true legend!

My parents didn't really do baseball. But we all sat down and watched that game when he hit number 715. I'll always remember that. Rest in peace, true homerun king.

This one hurts. Even non-baseball fans knew who Hank Aaron was. We lost a true giant of the sport, and this streak of Hall of Famers we're losing is depressing.
Someone please check on Willie Mays...

just heard from a friend's post on Facebook. Very sad. Growing up Hank Aaron was already a great and in the final years of his career.

It's a sad day when you here the man that you were name after passes away. I am so gald I got to meet the man, shake his hand and have him autograph my photo. In my eye's like most of use in the baseball world. Don't think Aaron is the HR King they know he is the HR King. Bonds Who? O the classless cheater that should have been kick out of baseball for life. I hate bonds for doing what he did and I will never forget you Hammerin Hank. RIP.

Sad day, one of the all time greats. Only got to see him play once in his final season. Don't rembemer much about that game, but do remember my dad telling me to rememeber we got to see him play! I'm sure I still have the program somewhere...
