I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster. |

Home not at a party. Almost missed it had the "Dick Clark" show running and heard something about it being about 30 seconds til. then did my traditional watch the ball drop, mumble happy new year with a little sarcasm and then back to the 'puter.

Home. Wife is asleep in front of TV with "Live PD" (not live this weekend) going. Me - in the basement (warmest place in house) while it's hovering around 0 F outside. Spent a few minutes trying to find a good FAU avatar for the next couple days for me since UKBoogie had to go and update his. :) I found a few that would have been "nice" and a couple that I couldn't use here. :) It is Florida after all. So, I stuck with the sports logo.

Live PD is good. But seems like every time cop shows come to Maryland, they do something stupid. Cops came to my county one time and came out to solve an argument over peanut butter.

I wish I had A&E so I could watch Live PD. This weekend would have been crazy if it was live. I hope at some point next year I will get a streaming service that has it.
Anyways, Happy New Year! I see the balloting has begun for the site awards. I wasn't sure if Joe Mauer should have been nominated anywhere, but there is some chances at write-ins.

Well left here at 6 PM ish, had greek chops with cauliflower in cheese sause, fresh mini potatoes, dill carrots and diced sweet beets. Followed up with strawberry rhubarb pie ala mode. Then we watched the Avengers : Age of Ultron, followed with some intense games of Headbanz, Jr won the first round I got the second. Then at 11:15 MST we flipped between Dick Clark LA show and the CBC. Jr made it until midnight and we all did our thing, texting ensued and now I am here. LOL New Years 2017 done!! Eating a few chocolates and a nice glass od icey water then off to bed.
