2022 MLB All-Star Experience at Play Ball Park (formerly All-Star Fan Fest)
I'm so excited about this because I'll be working all four days of this event. There will be lots of exhibits, autograph guests (free), games, souvenirs, auction items--something for just about everyone. I don't yet know exactly where I'll be assigned to work but I'm hoping to work at least one shift by the Topps area. Yesterday (Thur. 7/14) we had orientation and the organizers distributed uniform shirts and other items to us:
We also got a quick tour of the main floor which is still a work in progress.
This last picture shows workers still setting up the outside portion of Play Ball Park.

I hope you land the sweetest spot to work in the entire venue! I also hope you get to enjoy some of the festivities while working or have a bit of downtime to enjoy them. Working at a ballpark is awesome and of course some spots are better than others (by far), but I've never experienced anything close to what you'll get to experience this weekend. Have a fantastic time this weekend!!!

Thanks so much for the very nice feedback. This was my work station for Saturday:
Here's some of the prizes I got to award to winners of the All-Star Experience Pass app. Some people even won tickets to the All-Star game.
Here's Steve Garvey in front of the world's largest baseball (verified by Guinness Book of World Records). This was a photo op for fans to take pictures with Mr. Garvey.
Here's HOFer Fergie Jenkins signing autographs...
Here's some of the Topps cards (on the right) available via wrapper redemption...
And here's a very cool sand sculpture outside the Convention Center...
I worked about 10 hours yesterday and the day went by so quick--and so much fun too. If I'm lucky, I'll meet a TCDb member there sometime in the next three days...

Awesome pics (although Fergie doesn't look too happy about something) and it sounds like it was a fantastic day!

Just went today... I actually got a text telling me to stop by the prize redemption center and picked up a capital one pin lol! Cool you were working there... and it isn't too crazy either, you just have to ask for the person's QR code, scan it, and then done!
Picked up a Jackie Robinson patch card SN 100 so that was a nice find. Also bought the 2022 topps all star game set which was a good investment as some are going for hundreds on eBay and there are some rookie SP's in there too.
One cool feature that they had there was the Topps "take a card, leave a card" station. At first, there was all 2022 topps series 2 (since that was what was sold at the store) but then I walked by it again and people started to get creative, adding 1987 topps to the mix.
Got autographs of Bill Russell and Bob Kendrick, the president of the negro leagues. (Also could've sworn I saw Yankees prospect Jason Dominguez too, but couldn't catch him.)
Cool overall experience!

My eBay store.- Be sure to check it out! FOR SALE/TRADE: View my profile for details! If there's a certain player you want, ask me about them, I'll probably have a card of their's that I'm willing to trade but haven't marked on my FS/T list. For more specific info, visit profile or message me.

Here's some pictures I took on Sunday 7/17 before doors opened to the public:
This the first thing you see when you enter the main floor of the All-Star Experience...
The Topps booth gets a delivery of a reload of product...
Here's where Topps' guests can get a photo with a baseball star...
The Topps Card Wall...
Someone actually left a Mike Trout Home Run Challenge card on the Card Wall.

Steve Garved returned on Monday to sign autographs at the Topps booth...
All-Star merchandise!
38-card packs of 2022 Topps Series 1 for $6 each...
Take a photo with Bill Russell in front of the world's largest baseball.
