No Zetterberg?

Congrats to those guys! This is the first year that no inductee is a player from the years I collect. I guess I'm getting old. If it wasn't for the Blues' recent success, I wouldn't know anything about hockey these days. Not because I don't like it, it is second to baseball in my book. I just don't have time to invest in following all the sports these days. It's rare I see any pro games. A few Cardinals games a year and the MLB playoffs, a few NBA playoff games, Blues playoff games if they are on a channel I have, and no NFL. Auburn football and basketball takes up the few hours I can spare. The point is, a whole generation of star hockey players has debuted, retired, and are now being selected for the HOF since I stopped collecting contemporarily. I'm sure players from earlier than these fellows will keep getting selected, but it's kind of a fun line in the sand to have a class like this.

In related news, this is probably the last MLB season where there are players older than me still playing. I guess it is pretty unlikely at this point that I'll realize my dream of playing MLB baseball.

Congratuations to all inductees.  It was nice to see the Sedin twins go in together.  It would have been weird to see only one go in.

Nice list by bevans, too. I can't believe that Turgeon isn't in the Hall yet. You could make a pretty good argument for all of those guys.
