Has anybody here had there Comc cart be deleted after some period of time? Its happened to me 3 times over the last 2 years and every year, I place an big order and when trying to prepare for this, is doesn't help that my entire 150 card cart is gone. Luckily I'm writing my cards down. Thanks for your insight. - TwinKiller.

But all the same cards with the same exact prices are still there afterword. It just doesn't seem possible that all 150 cards in my cart were bought.

Yes!!! you can only hold them in your cart for a while then they will disappear. I figured it was a week only but not sure.

I'm thinking maybe a month. I'd say that's how long they have been lasting. It makes sense because I had an order just sitting there on another device which was added a week before I added another one on another device. The first one went goodbye and a week later so did the next. I personally am now led to think a month and your order gets the boot. They need to fix that.

Last I used the cart feature at COMC, the cart was device-specific, meaning what I added on my desktop did not show on my laptop, and vice versa.

-- Dan -- Note: Please see my profile for more info regarding trading (section updated 10/25/2023). I have added a large portion of my inventory to the site, and currently have trading turned off (details are in my profile). I have (finally) unearthed my 2 very large boxes of Star Company minor league sets and they are available (email for details).

I've seen that. I also think that when a devices gets "cleaned" the cookies also help wipe it out. Example, I run Advanced SystemCare and every time it runs it'll empty my COMC cart if I had something in there. Not SportLots though....

I'd suggest using their Watchlist function available in your Comc dashboard profile for following cards not purchased yet, instead of the shopping cart. After signing into your account, just click on 'add to watchlist' under any card.
It used to happen here. It could be related to your browser settings for history or cookies. Sometimes I would clear my browser history or cache and the cart contents would later be gone. Or it could be how long your browser settings keep history, for example 6 months. Sometimes the cart contents would be gone after lengthy period of time.

Yeah I second using the watchlist method. It works for a lot of reasons, especially if you already have money in your account. They don't charge to hold your cards you buy so you can build up a lot of cards over time and have them shipped at once. You can watch the cards you want, and then the cards might go on sale and you can get them cheaper. If something happens and you get that card in hand after you bought one on COMC (or accidently buy a card you already own) you can either try to flip it or just try to get your money back, or even still have it shipped and PIF it to someone).
My first two orders on COMC were using the cart, but after that I realized it made more sense just to buy the cards over time.

Exactly . Just buy what you're searching for until you have enough bought to make shipping worthwhile .
