It depends on the volume of sales you would like to do/how many cards you have to move.
Ebay is fine if you are going to do a few sales but if you have millions of cards then avoid ebay as their fees are exorbitant.
Also this "limit" thing they have is the most annoying issue i finally said enough of your garbage to.
Every month i would call them begging to increase the limit of how many items i can list like seriously?
Someone wants to dictate to me how many items i can offer for sale so we got tired of that and went off to build our website.
For payments many use paypal, my platform(shopify) accepts credit cards and many people should by now feel comfortable with e-transfers(little to no fees).
