I have had only one deal with him which went smooth without any problems. So based on that I will vote a yes for reinstate him. That said whatever specifically got him the ban to begin with. He should be put on a probationary period with a SPECIFIC Statement as to what it is he should or shouldn't be doing so as to there being no confusion / reason for him to say unfair or pleading ignorance.
But again I vote for yes allow him back.
-------------------------------
Got my collection kind of split up in 3 places in two seperate states. So I am willing to trade but might take me a bit to find the cards from my Trade / Sell list. So please message me first so that I can take some time to find the cards you would be interested in. Whether it's an hour or 2 months or etc. I would get back to you after locating the card or cards.

I just received a plea to help petition for Bob's return. I don't know the details so in searching I just found this thread from a year ago. It's been 2 years and he's still banned? At least with facebook they give you stages so it's a warning, then 24 hours, a week, 30 days etc. 2 years is a long time and perhaps he learned his lesson. I've seen prison sentances shorter than that.
Perhaps it's time to allow him back on a probationary status, knowing one screw up and he's out the door again?

He already had warnings from Admin and he chose to ignore them then. Admin has said he is not interested in hearing anything more from or about Bob.

-- Dan -- Note: Please see my profile for more info regarding trading (section updated 3/4/2024). I have added a large portion of my inventory to the site, and currently have trading turned on (details are in my profile).

Where did Admin say that?
Why is there a double standard for some do you think? Are some more valuable and not "worth" kicking out? We have seen several (insiders?) people over the past few months be very rude and demeaning of people and nothing seems to happen (obviously a backdoor whisper may be happening, which is great for a first offence) and there is usually no public acceptance of being wrong. I think that is why some of us are still so confused about Bob's death penalty. The guy who shot up the Kentucky school gets the right to appeal.

I'm mostly organizing over adding right now.

Can we please see use of the new forum post response ban, so we stop beating this dead horse? I don't give a crap what Admin does, but he is the one who placed the ban, he is going to be the one who lifts it. This whole issue has just been back and forth arguing thats gone absolutley NOWHERE. If you want him back, (which I'm not stating my OPINION,) take it up with Admin so you don't ramble on for over 100 posts about a dead subject. He makes the rules, he fealt it was the right thing to do, so be it. Back to collecting! :).
