To show two players getting fists up ready to fight is pretty poor on the part of Topps. Why not just issue boxing cards instead?

where they joking around, or was it a serious fight? Didn't they release a card of Nolan Ryan holding the white sox 3B in a head lock?

The face on Acuma doesn't look llike he's joking. Just put a card out of the two them holding bats like they used to do. And if they did release one of Nolan with someone in a headlock, that would be poor taste too when have the choice to do some great things with cards. I hope they were just joking. I'm sure some Acuna or Guerrero fan could clear this up.

They were. The back of the card also doesn't give the whole story. Acuna doubled, and mid-celebration Guerrero Jr. came sneaking up behind him, startling him and making them both laugh. I can't load the video from the article below due to my work server denying it, but perhaps you can.

And it litterally says on the front "a playful bout". I am just questioning whether it was or not.

I watched it live and remember it well. Acuna got doouble and while doing his thing. He didn't notice Guerrero coming towards him, Which startled him as he put his hands up, Which in turn Startled Vlady. It was funny as hell. They both laughed about it and hugged it out.
After the game Vlady said it made him jump as he wasn't expecting the reaction from Acuna. And from now on he is going to whistle or sing or talk when approaching players on base.
