Had to pull this bad boy out last night for game 7. Game used stick, autographed by Mike Bossy back in the day. What a nice guy to have met in person. We talked a bit about the stick(He said, "this looks, and feels familiar"), and the Stanley Cup Run. Then he signed it, including his #22, and then added the inscription Stanley Cups 80-81-82-83. 

It was an awesome hard fought series, by both teams. It could have gone either way. Looking forward to the Tampa Bay Series starting Monday Night, and beyond. It would be nice to hoist the Stanley Cup again. Especially on the 40th Anniversary of the start of the "Run".

Congrats to the Islanders. Even if I'm a Flyers fan. It was a great series. I will be rootingvfor Tampa. But its gonna be a great series coming up

I like the mix of teams remaining. I haven't watched much hockey since the Leafs got kicked out (focusing on Raptors games right now), but I'll definitely watch a few of the conference finals games as time allows. The most recent winner was, what, the Lightning in '04? It would be cool seeing the Isles in the finals since they haven't been there since the 80s.

Great stick, too! Their dynasty was before my time, but such a good team to learn about. Bossy doesn't seem to get much love any more among goal scoring greats due to recency bias, but his numbers were insane even for the era.
